How does it work?
The system is a metaphor of the workflow of any typical real estate company. Once the server is up and running, the employees are asigned to roles in groups defined by the administrator. They would use a simple Web browser (like Internet Explorer or Netscape) to access in a safe way to the system, from the central offices, a remote office or from the sales office at the the development site. Once they get into the system, each employee will find all the necessary modules -according to their user role- that would allow them to do their work: the employee's planner, with it internal messaging system for workgroup coordination; the properties catalog, with unique file types for each property type; the new development catalog, with specialized promotional content; demands section, automatically managed by the system; and the client database, related to all the previous modules and the transactions folder.
